Eccomi tornata con una ricetta che secondo me è favolosa per “riciclare” creme e impasti avanzati .. Avete fatto una torta di pan di spagna con crema pasticcera? Si. Vi è avanzato pan di spagna (oppure non vi è uscito proprio bene e non potete utilizzarlo per una torta) e crema? Si. Bene, perfetto ecco qui quello che fa al caso vostro. Il VASETTO DELLE MERAVIGLIE. L’ho soprannominato così perché dentro ci sono due degli ingredienti che più amo al mondo.. la crema pasticcera e le fragole!!!

Ecco quello che vi serve:

Pan di spagna – crema pasticcera – fragole

Per il pan di spagna (teglia da 20 cm)

125 gr di zucchero
5 uova
125 gr di farina

Per la crema pasticcera trovate tutto qui

Accendete il forno a 180°. Montate in una planetaria le uova e lo zucchero per almeno 20 minuti. La crema deve montare e aumentare di volume almeno 3 o 4 volte in più. Una volta che avete ottenuto questo risultato procedete a setacciare poca farina alla volta all’interno dell’impasto e con una spatola l’amalgamate dal basso verso l’alto, facendo attenzione a non far smontare l’impasto ma continuando a incorporare aria (proprio con il movimento suggerito poco fa). Ripetete lo stesso procedimento fino a quando non avete terminato la farina. Imburrate bene la teglia e versate l’impasto, cucinare per 25 minuti (fate sempre la prova dello stuzzicadenti). Far raffreddare bene una volta sfornato.

Ecco, ora siamo al punto che in teoria dovreste preparare la torta, ma mettiamo il caso che vi è avanzato pan di spagna e crema pasticcera .. cosa dobbiamo fare?

Tagliare le fragole e metterle a macerare un po’ con lo zucchero e limone. Procurarsi un vasetto di vetro (io ho utilizzato quello di qualche marmellata) e fare uno strato di pezzettini di pan di spagna. Bagnatelo con il liquido che è uscito dalle fragole e aggiungete uno strato di crema pasticcera, successivamente le fragole. Proseguite con questi strati fino a quando il vasetto non sarà pieno di questa fantastica bontà!!!

I am back with a recipe that I think is fabulous to”recycle” creams and pastes advanced .. Have you made a sponge cake with custard? Yes. Is there  advanced sponge cake (or there came out just fine and you can not use it for a cake) and cream? Yes. Well, this dessert is perfect for you. The JAR OF WONDERS. I nicknamed it like this because inside there are two ingredients that I love .. pastry cream and strawberries!

Here’s what you need:

Sponge cake – custard – Strawberries

For the sponge cake (pan 20 cm)

125 gr of sugar
5 eggs
125 gr of flour

For the custard’s all here

Preheat the oven to 180 °. Mounted in a planetary eggs and sugar for at least 20 minutes. The cream should assemble and volume increase of at least 3 or 4 times more. Once you have achieved this, proceed to sift a little flour at a time into the mixture and mix with a spatula from the bottom to the top, being careful not to remove the mixture while continuing to incorporate air (just with the movement suggested recently). Repeat the same procedure until you have finished flour. Grease the pan well and pour the mixture, cook for 25 minutes (always do the toothpick test). Allow to cool well once baked.

Here, we are now to the point that you should prepare the cake, but let’s say that there is advanced sponge cake and custard .. What should we do?

Cut the strawberries and put them to soak a bit ‘with sugar and lemon. Get a glass jar (I used a jam one), and then a layer of small pieces of sponge cake. Moisten with the liquid that came out of the strawberries and add a layer of custard, then strawberries. Continue with these layers until the jar is not full of this wonderful goodness!
