MOUSSE AL CIOCCOLATO #FROSTING

Ciao!!

Oggi voglio proporvi un’alternativa ai soliti frosting.. che ne dite di questa soffice mousse al cioccolato?

Panna Montata 250 gr

Cioccolato fondente 300 gr

Meringa italiana 100 gr

Far fondere il cioccolato e lasciare che si intiepidisca. Montare la panna e appena il cioccolato sarà intiepidito unire la meringa e la panna montata. Lasciar rassodare in frigo per almeno 2 ore. Utilizzando una sac à poche decorare come si vuole i cupcakes!

Whipped cream 250 gr

Chocolate 300 gr

Italian meringue 100 gr

Melt chocolate and leave to cool (not so much!). Whipped the cream. Join Italian meringue (for first) and whipped cream to chocolate melted. Put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Decore with a sac à poche your cupcakes!
